ITEM DESCRIPTION


From a retired DJ's personal collection, this is OPERATION IVY "HECTIC" EP that was recorded, mixed and edited in about 9 hours in 1987. Hectic was the debut EP by the Punk band Operation Ivy. It is credited as one of the first records in the Skacore genre. First it was released by itself, then later released with their only LP Energy. Larry Livermore (founder of Lookout!records) has said that Lookout was formed solely to release an Operation Ivy record. Part of the group later became part of "Rancid". This contains the original 8 page booklet (I have covered part of one word for picture purposes only) that is in mint condition.

It is in the original sleeve and I would rate it as in excellent, near mint condition. Any questions, please ask.
