Description
I worked at a local radio station "back in the day" and received this album while working there. I played it once to check it out, and have just been holding onto it ever since. While I am a fan of Metallica, (I remember once signing a petition to K-Rock to get them played on the radio, back when they were just too hard for radio.. ahh, the memories!), I know there are true collectors out there who would be happy to get their hands on this gem and have decided to pass it along. (Another reason being to get the money to send my 6 year old son to summer camp - ironic, isn't it??)
The record itself is in darn near mint condition, as I said, it was played only 1 time in the 20+ years since it's release. The original cardboard cover shows some wear, and a corner is a bit tore up as I have photographed. It even includes the original interior paper sleeve. There is a groove on the paper label on one side (probably from that program director opening the box it came in..), but it does not extend to any part of the vinyl at all, and you can see the groove in the photograph. That's it for condition... the good, the bad and the ugly.
Overall a TRULY rare find with less than 150 copies ever printed. I have put a fair starting bid, with no reserve.
