Description

  • Straight Ahead Breakaway Vinyl Record Album - 1987  
  • Some/ Irisk Records - 001.2 - 45 RPM - 12" 
  • Hardcore Punk Rock
  • 6 Song EP
  • I will be listing hundreds of additional vinyl records from a New York City DJ's collection that have been stored away for years - rock/ dance/ new romantic/ punk/ gothic/ death metal genres - original, promos, club mixes, maxi 45’s & rare vinyl records - most all have been played, but not abused  
  • Being sold AS IS - I am not a professional record collector or grader - I will be relying on playing/ listening to the records with visible scratches/ scuffs, photos & cosmetic inspection for description
  • Vinyl (VG+) - played, no skips - some light marks/ scratches
  • Record Label/ Inlay (VG) - one side is great, the other appears labeled over (you can faintly see the old label under it) & shows mild wear at seams, a few tiny crease lines
  • Inner Sleeve - plain paper - some creasing & slits on two seams
  • Cover/Sleeve (VG) - mild yellowing, edge wear, paper peel on spine, ring wear, frayed corners, some marks & creasing 
  • Also includes black & white dual sided sheet - lyric & artwork
  • I ship vinyl using USPS Ground Advantage which includes insurance coverage for handling damage or loss in the pricing & to avoid shipping delays/ excessive handling
  • Grading Scale I Use To Give My Opinion of Condition:
    NM - Like New. Vinyl & sleeve should have no noticeable imperfections
    NM- - Almost New. Vinyl may show a slight imperfection, such as, a mild scuff that does not affect play, a bit of spindle wear. Sleeve may show very light shelf wear
    EX - Exceptional record. Vinyl shows very light play & sleeve shows very light shelf wear
    VG+ - Used but not abused. Vinyl may have light marks/ scratches, but still a good player. Sleeves will have typical/ normal shelf wear 
    VG - More visible wear than VG+. Vinyl will show more defined flaws, such as scratches or mild background noise that is overcome by music. Sleeves will have more moderate wear, such as mild yellowing, ring wear, edge wear, creasing, seam splitting
    VG- - Slightly more visible wear than VG
    G - Vinyl & sleeves show moderate to heavy wear. Vinyl shows significant surface wear, scuffing and/or scratches that may affect play (if played, skipping will be notated). Sleeves show may show water wear, tears and/ or substantial creasing/ splitting.
    Fair/ Poor - For rare records in which vinyl may be unplayable, heavily damaged, but still desired by collector.
