1987 REM Dead Letter Office LP IRS Records FC 37728 EX/EX Shrink Hype
Very clean cover has some light edge/corner wear, no splits - in shrink with hype sticker (see photos).   Vinyl is in excellent condition - glossy, no marks, no ticks, skips, and plays through flawlessly.  First pressing. 

Notes

Variegated cover, as opposed to solid green cover. 
Record appears black, but when held up to light it is dark brown translucent. 
Printed inner sleeve with liner notes and credits. 

Side A = Post Side 
Side B = Script Side
