Record -- EX++ : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has one very light scratch/mark on the 1st/2nd track second side, there are no other scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played. It has company white promo/sample labels on each side with two sets of Japanese writing on, the first says ??? sample version and the second says ??? article was not for sale to the public.

Cover -- EX+ : The original gatefold card glossy cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone, but has minimal shelf wear on the top and bottom edges. On the back is a track listing and some credits in English.

Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone, but has some light rubs on the front bottom. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is two pages four  sides long in gatefold fashion, this has the lyrics in English and information in Japanese with a track listing in English and Japanese. This is in a very good condition, no rips, tears or splits.
