Fresh from a local estate!  Untouched, as found! Unused set of Michael Jackson color vinyl 45 records by Epic.  Red vinyl records.  Produced in 1983 by Epic, CBS Records. Unused set with dust jackets and plastic acordian shaped protector.  Records and jackets in great condition with maybe a slight corner or edge wear on the jackets.  Records don't look they have ever been used.

Please keep in mind that ebay penalizes any buyer with a less than "5" detailed rating.  I describe my items to the best of my ability and include alot of photos so you can clearly see the condition of the item you are purchasing, so please contact me before leaving a less than "5" rating for me. Also, please keep in mind that I have no control of postal rates nor shipping delivery time once I have shipped an item so don't penalize me for the increased postal rates nor any delays in the post office delivery time, that would not be fair to me.  In other words, if your happy with your purchase from me please leave a number "5" detailed rating for each.

Shipping

Shipping calculator listed at the bottom of each auction listing, click on options for more shipping choices. I charge actual shipping, NO HANDLING FEES. Shipping insurance can be purchased and paid for by the buyer.  Regardless of what changes ebay makes, shipping insurance will always be an option on my merchandise paid for by the buyer, if the buyer does not pay for it then the package will be shipped without insurance at the buyers risk.  Pick-up is always available provided it is within 10 business days from the end of the auction. Other payment options available. Items usually shipped within 3 business days of payment. Double boxing and special packing request are not reflected in the above shipping quote. Winning bidders, please email me with special packing requests (i.e. double boxing etc.) prior to payment so that you will have the actual s/h/i costs and pay the correct total amount. Terms of Sale

SHIPPING PRICES LISTED DO NOT REFLECT DOUBLE BOXING OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL PACKING. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PAYMENT TO REQUEST DOUBLE BOXING OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL PACKING REQUEST BECAUSE THIS WILL INCREASE THE SHIPPING FEES. Special packing requests will not be considered once payment has been made.

US SHIPPED PACKAGES: Once the package is shipped, the buyer will be responsible for lost and/or damaged merchandise. I package with the utmost care but I will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to mis-handling of packages by the shipping service personel whether it is UPS, USPS, etc.

INSURANCE CLAIMS are the responsibility of the Purchaser of the item (i.e. winning bidder). I will be happy to facilitate the insurance process by providing any documentation I can but the buyer is responsible for filing shipping insurance claims and collecting any and all monies from the shipper. No refund will be given for any merchandise lost or damaged during shipping, that is what the insurance is for and it is your responsibility to file the claim and collect your payment.

ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: the buyer (i.e. winning bidder) will be responsible for any lost or damage incurred once I have shipped the item whether or not the package is insured. You will be responsible for filing any shipping insurance claim forms and collecting any and all insurance monies from the shipping company (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc). I am not responsible for checking each countries shipping restrictions for international packaged, the buyer is expected/responsible for knowing his/her own countries' customs restriction and a refund will not be given if the item is NOT accepted/passed thru your countries customs due to customs restrictions for that country. International buyers be aware that each country has it's own package size limits and it is your responsibility to know whether or not a package is too large to be shipped, you can email me to get package sizes.

RETURN POLICY: We strive to represent our items as honestly and accurately as possible in both our descriptions and photos to insure you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns will only be considered if the item has been grossly misrepresented in the listing and/or the photos. It is the sole right of Wrightstown Antique Gallery personel to determine whether a refund will be accepted or not, do not return any merchandise unless you have received approval from us to do so.  Please carefully review the auction listing and photos prior to bidding with careful examination of the condition of the item. Items will not be accepted for return if the defect is clearly visible in the photos even if not stated in the description. All of my items are marked so that I can identify them upon return. No refund will be give if the item does not have my mark on it. The mark does not harm the item in any way. Do not wash or clean your item until you are sure that you will be keeping it. Please, contact us prior to returning any merchandise. In order to receive a refund, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and the item must be returned in the same condition as we sent it.
