The Beat - Special Beat Service (1982 Japanese 12-track vinyl LP on Go-Feet/Arista label, the final studio album from Birmingham's 2 Tone revivalists, featuring Jeanette and Rotating Head which had already been instrumentalised for the 80's classic teen-flick Ferris Bueller's Day Off, produced by Bob Sargeant, picture sleeve with insert and obi strip, 25RS-183).#1Description
Record -- Mint- : This vinyl still has a beautiful shine about it; the vinyl has no scratches, scuffs or marks, and sounds wonderful when played.Cover -- EX : The original heavy card pasted cover. This has no splits, tears or seams coming undone, but has some medium shelf and ring wear mainly and the spine has a rub or two, with a small dink on the open front edge (see pictures below). On the back of the cover there is a track listing and some credits in English.
Obi Strip -- VG+ : The original obi strip, this has a couple of nicks and small tears and a crease across the centre (see pictures below). All information on here is in Japanese.
Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 pages 2 sides long. This has a track listing on in English and Japanese, the lyrics and some credits in English and some information in Japanese; this has no rips, tears or creases, but has yellowed through age and humidity.
