It comes with a Mastersound insert Sheet (see photo).. The album cover is stamped 'For Promotion Only Sale Is Unlawful'... I purchased this and several other Promo albums from a former 1970's 80's Radio Station disc- jockey... Selling w/ No Reserve.. 

Vinyl Condition: The vinyl is Mint- Condition... Never Played.. Super Clean.. No Scratches... 

Album Cover Condition:  Cover is Excellent Condition... very very minor shelf wear... ...
