I was able to purchase a nice collection of records from an estate. The previous owner cared about his records as their condition proves it. I will be listing multiple records so see my store for those if interested. Some of them look rather rare.
I am not a grader but will give you my best opinion on the condition. I dont think any record is mint unless its sealed.

The numbers on the LP are SRM-2-7508
The LP's are in VG+ condition. No scratches visible.
The sleeves have some wrinkles but are not torn.
The album cover shows some extremely minor wear to the corners. The edges and colors are excellent.
This is a gatefold or tri-fold cover.
