1975 UK First Pressing Green Man What Ails Thee Ultra Rare Signed By The Band.

GREEN MAN - WHAT AILS THEE  (private UK '75  original first press)

Super sought after UK acid folk LP, privately released, with awesome female vox, acid guitar leads, electric backing.

Only offered two or three times on Ebay. A near mint sold in 2007 for £259, this is nowhere near mint but has all the bands signatures in pen - J Pittman, Clive, Dave Mullett, Malcom Mullett and the previous owner - Pauline Tebbutt

This album is pressed in a quantity of 100 , so to obtain an original first press in signed for condition is amost impossible.

Green Man were a quartet of long haired hippies with magnificent Carole Pegg - style lead female vocals, great electric sound with fuzz guitars and Synanthesia - style flutes. Has that feel like a darker Trees.

Front and back cover are plain white with info details about Green Man. Front and rear cover have age marks, (SEE PHOTOS!) centre paper cover is split at the sides, record plays well, no jumps but is very crackly in the quiet parts but when the music/vocals are playing it is not so noticable.
