Description
Original AFRTS Station Library transcription LP RL‑1‑3 featuring Frank Sinatra selections from Greatest Hits Vol. 2 on Side 1, paired with Frank Sinatra Jr.’s His Way! program on Side 2. Produced exclusively for U.S. military broadcast use and never sold commercially, these discs were pressed in limited quantities and distributed to bases worldwide. This edition blends classic crooner ballads with contemporary 1970s vocal pop arrangements.

VG record / VG sleeve. Vinyl shows strong gloss but numerous hairlines, dot scuffs, and sleeve scuffing. Playback reveals typical AFRTS surface noise with additional rotational noise and crackle on several tracks. Side 1 has multiple rotational defects, including extended crackle through much of Track 1 and audible rotational noise through half of Track 2. Side 2 plays cleaner but still has rotational pops and random defects across all tracks. No skips or tracking issues. Labels show minor staining, a small rub, and handwritten “160.” Sleeve is VG with minor staining and light ring wear. Playback may vary depending on equipment; sold as‑is.
