We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.

Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. So dynamic, among her admirers were MICK JAGGER and (T-REX) MARC BOLAN [who plays on this album] and she covers early TYRANNOSAURUS REX material in her own style ... and by the way, she had Mick Jagger's first of 8 or so children. Yet, more to the point of this album,"WOMAN CHILD"
Balanced well into the mix is a cool late ‘60s and early ‘70s sound, perfect and quite diverse in musical styles for that period. The mighty "Woman Child" deserves listens because many of the sassy hot rock tunes will grow upon each spin and present the ideal backing for a smoke-filled living room sway for you and your friends as a low lighted ambience.
Among the varied Marsha Hunt remakes and Marc Bolan material, are funked-up tempo's with Marsha’s sexual vocals probably exciting a lot of young listeners then and now (her performances were very erotic, showing breasts as lifting her arms, that kind of thing.)

The album's high-point is the Indian vibe super-spiced remake of Dr. John’s, Walk on Guilded Splinters off his Gris-Gris album.
Martha more than does it proud adding more eerie VOODOO magic to proceedings. She wails-out lyrics sounding like early Tina Turner and makes the song her stunning "own." After a brief and quickie interlude kind of spoofing her time in the infamous stage production of Broadway Play "Hair," Hot Rod Pappa is an up-tempo head-nodding groove written by Marc Bolan, as is the following mellow almost late Beatles sounding,
Stacey Grove. Marsha also weighs-in with her cool version of T-REX's very first hit 45: "DESDEMONA" ("Lift Up Your Skirt & Sing")
and a quite different, yet impressive version of the BYRDS classic "You Ain't Going Nowhere"
One of the stronger moments on the album is No Face, No Name, No Number, a remake of a Traffic classic, and Martha really hit's strong notes, showing she can throw out a voice that gives the listener goosebumps.
Pure big sound dynamic is My World is Empty Without You, filled with passion & screams amid enhancing backdrop instruments.
The album has blues, funk, a bit of psychedelic, ballads, and overall is a satisfying LP.
The album all ends with a loud hard-hitting dramatic version of Wild Thing, the massive TROGGS hit, as Martha whispers, moans, and screams. Her acting comes into her voice, she changes her delivery along the way and very intensely.
