PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. Because of that dedication, there should be no need to open a resolution dispute before working with us. Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.

Original 1971 gatefold collection rarity ~ HIGHLY RATED HEAVY PSYCH ROCK
- STRAWBERRY PATH the first band created together by Shigeru Narumo & Hiro Tsunoda. AsSTRAWBERRY PATH, they recorded only one (highly entertaining) album "When the Raven Has Come to the Earth" which was a mix of Jimi Hendrix and Procol Harum plus parts of Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple in raw, hard, psychedelic splashes and in same injected by very "artsy" works and overall the material will delightfully stick in your mind
"I Gotta See My Gypsy Woman" - kicks off with very Hendrix-fuzzed electric guitar & heavy Hammond organ floods (keeping in mind that Shigeru Narumo's playing both instruments!). A moody bluesy tempo which can crush you like a tank! Hiro's voice is similar to Hendrix's, his accent is even better than Jimi's, very British! The guitar solo in the middle is spaced out, full of strange "once loud-once calm" effects. Fantastic heavy psych.
"Woman Called Yellow 'Z'" - Infectious boogie hard rock mix of Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin, without any keyboards and "only" with great guitar lines -- completely different playing riffs and solos, while the other usually creates psych effects and background rhythms. The bass work (also Shigeru Narumo) is truly spectacular too.
"The Second Fate" - a jamming track completely different from the preceding tracks. "The Second Fate" is not hard rock, rather very melodic music dominated by lush Hammond organ sound with additional rhythmic krys then electric guitar fills. Reminds of a lost "Procol Harum" tune from their early, classic period.
"Five More Pennies" - the longest album track begins as hard rock full of extremely engaging guitar and organ riffs. Soon when drumming stops, Shigeru Narumo proceeds into dynamic guitar soloing, influenced by the self-indulgent effotts by Ritchie Blackmore. Powerful drum beats start again and Narumo's guitar solos became even more interesting. Brilliant, a flashy performance amid noisy organ slides in the background, really great!
"Maximum Speed Of Muji Bird (45 Seconds Of Schizophrenic Sabbath)" - just splendid 45 seconds of beautifully played Hammond organ in pipe-organ mode similarity to church music composed by J.S.Bach.
"Leave Me Woman" - one of the favorite Strawberry Path tracks and possibly in Narumo's entire career. A highly energetic track in the tradition of Deep Purple led by totally amazing, over-driven organ! The Hammond B-3 solo is long enough to show breathtaking tricks in the gushing speedy melodies. Jon Lord would be proud to play in a definition of heavy progressive
"Mary Jane On My Mind" - ultimately atmospheric with very pleasant melody and female choirs in the background. Hiro Tsunoda's voice sounds passionate along with backing string arrangements and lush organ as another album highlight entwined by a tear-jerking guitar solo... Good job!
"Spherical Illusion" - Main guitar riff sounds like Jimi Hendrix work from one of Hendrix's classic albums when then arrives a long drum solo.
"When The Raven Has Come To The Earth" - beautiful guitar and lush Hammond waves in dramatic melody style with flute, lite keys, and weeping guitar leads ... The legendary LP rarity comes highly recommended in world collector circles
