The time has come for me to part with my collection that I started in 2015 so over the next couple of weeks I will be listing some very nice LP’s. I am not a dealer but instead a collector. I only bought nice vg++ albums or better, many in shrink. The majority of these albums I played only a couple of times. These were a investment for me. This will be a great opportunity for those who are looking for final copy rock records so please save me and watch for my listings. All of these were played on a Marantz 6200 with a Shure M97XE cartridge/stylus. All albums will be shipped in a brand new record mailer securely packed. Thank you….
Took a lot of searching to find a Santa Maria this nice and if you are in the know for Doors pressings then you know this is the one. Jacket cellophane is perfect and edges around cellophane are very nice (took a lot of photos), inner is perfect, I’m calling it VG++. Record is VG++ approaching EX (please see photos). Plays flawlessly with amazing detailed sound, the best you are going to hear this album. You will never need another copy. Holy shit. No seriously… Holy. Fucking. Shit. This thing explodes from your speakers! It’s hot, raw and intense in the best way possible. Perfectly balanced low end but razor sharp on the top. Detail and separation clear as day in a 3D soundstage. A HUGE soundstage!! Wow, my jaw is still agape. I only know their music through remasters and represses, so this is a revelation. Though my favorite was the Kevin Gray Rhino Hi Fidelity cut, this is the one I’ll spin from now on. [Tech specs in my profile].
