PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Hard to find 70's double Lp that pairs both the first two 1971-72 BRAINTICKET albums together, featuring both covers on either side ...one of the all time spaced tripper psychedelic progressives you'll most likely EVER experience... groups of this nature didn't make many recordings THIS far out - yet still somehow very cohesive, in a stoned way...

BRAINTICKET's 1971 first album is perhaps one of the most psychedelic recordings of all time. Led by Swiss swirling organ wizard Joel Vandroogenbroeck, BRAINTICKET will space you out beyond belief! "Cottonwood Hill" is loaded with acid laced guitar solos, heavy foreboding organ screeches and loads of psychedelic influenced lyrics and flipped-out female vocals. The album starts with a Brainticket classic, 'Black Sand' with a pounding rhythmic drum and bass section with great organ and fuzzed-up guitar wailing over the top and heavily effected vocals over the top. 'Places of Light' is more of the same this time with a freaky tranced foundation and groovy sound female vocals. The uninitiated should recognize that the title song BRAINTICKET Part 1 & 2 does have mind damaging brain-melting passages-- perfectly psychedelic and may trouble some listeners out there. Like all good prog rock, BRAINTICKET explore a vast array of music here and move into heavy west-coast acid-freaked-out psychedelia. To sum it all up is to simply say that if your into the psychedelia then BRAINTICKET is your long lost grandfather!

Killer acid-head-like psychedelia which would make the perfect sonic companion for your household lava lamp. BRAINTICKET's "Psychonaut" is a chilled-out psychedelic gem which must adorn your collection above the mantle piece. "Psychonaut" is full of warped yet clever music which moves from the soft canvess of "One Morning" to the heavy instrumental psyched rock of Coc'o Mary. BRAINTICKET is brain food and probably deserves to be filed under ones "Stoner Rock" section. Led by keyboard giant Joel Vandroogenbroeck and female vocalist Jane Free who carries of picture perfect west-coast persona making BRAINTICKET's second release a "gotta have-it release". "Psychonaut" will take you on a journey into regions of your mind you have never travelled before. This is uniquely enabled through their darkly crafted use of whirling / fluttering flutes, gushing swirl organs, distoted guitars, wild percussive elements and loads of trippy sound effects. All in all this is a superb psychedelic-progressive rock offering which should appeal to ALL 'heads' out there.
