We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. ORIGINAL 1969 FIRST PRESSING in thick gatefold cover and on the highly collected HARVEST label, home label to many early '70s legendary progressive bands ... here's one of the most strange of the lot: of a unique trancy flipped out Eastern tinged psych progressive groover akin to acid flashing cobra snake charming musique ....tablas, hand drums, oboes, cello, viola, sound effects ... whew...out there stuff! 

Third Ear Band remains unique in the history of progressive rock. This band reveals an eclectic, colourful, inspired musical "mantra", a multi influenced musical profile and consequently difficult to classify in a specific subgenre. "Alchemy" develops an achieved sense of multi-influences dialogue. Despite that Third Ear Band first started their career as a convnetional psychedelic prog-ish band, a large part of their discography (with this album included) is reserved to semi-acoustic improvisations, combining with talent medieval and "Eastern' raga harmonies into the formula a chamber music ensemble. The eight tracks here are all generally similar in structure. The whole album is exotic, with Glen Sweeney laying down a minimalist and erratic beat using hand drums, and the rest of the group offering up their various elaborations in what seems to be a fairly improvisational manner. Each track pulls the listener in and keeps their attention with a trancy effect throughout the tracks. Each one is certainly entrancing and may seem at first hard to get into, but once you get into it you are hooked. The minimalism featured here is weaving blends of acoustics, which is even more unique...
