Original MGM inner sleeve. From Discogs:
This "BMI edition" is identified by runouts marked "Side 1" and "Side 2" in upper and lower case, and ending in "Rev. Sp."
- Catalog number printed on the right-hand side of the label.
- Label credit reads "All Selections Publ. By Virpi, Inc. - BMI".
Catalog number appears as SE-4617 on sleeve & SE4617 on labels.
Runouts are etched, except for the MGM Record Division 'block-shaped S' and the "1 2","2 2", "1", or "2 3" digits, which are stamped.
