Notes

Initially version comes in a laminated gatefold sleeve.
At the labels, NO boxed EMI brand at 9 o'clock. At about 10 o'clock at the rim: "The Gramophone Co. Ltd"
Uk 1st pressing information must include the following: “THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD” around rim of label
“MADE IN GT. BRITAIN” at bottom of label
Later versions have a boxed EMI brand above the Harvest wording.

Laminated gatefold sleeve, date code 6911 (November 1969) and printer’s credit on inner gatefold.
“Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. London”
Sleeves appear to be identical on 1st pressings and later reissues on Harvest.
Outer gatefold opens vertically to reveal the full Hieronymus Bosch painting ‘Hell’, the third panel of ‘The Garden Of Earthly Delights’ c.1490-1510.

Next version from the early 70s has also "The Gramophone Co. Ltd" at abaout 10 o'clock, and Made in GT Britain at 6 o'clock.
Later version states "EMI Records Ltd." at 10 o'clock and Made in GT Britain at the outer rime at about 4 o'clock.
