I'm not a dealer, and this original 1968 single by rudy mills has belonged to me and my sister since that date in 1968, when we were fanatical reggae fans (and still are. ) It hasn't been played since about 1973, when I sold my Dansette record player. (I was also the original owner of that!) I don't know the protocol of describing records so I'll do my best.
when I last played it (1973!) it played perfectly. you can see the condition of the label, and the faint imprint of my sister's name written on it. other than that the label is in good condition.
there are various tiny nicks along the very edge of the record but that won't interfere with it playing. it just feels a little rough round the edge.
there is a little white mark you can see in the photo's (surface mark only)
there are various other very faint surface marks, like almost invisible lines. I've tried to photograph them so look carefully at the pics. they are not scratches.!
There may be smudges or other surface marks on my records and I've looked into trying to clean them but am nervous about doing so. I imagine that if they sell they will sell to real afficionados who will know more than I do about cleaning the surface of old records, so I will leave that cleaning to them, in case I cause any damage. So please accept, that whist the surfaces are unscratched there may be the odd smudge that I though best to leave to you!
I do not have the record sleeve.
excuse the what seems like high postage - It includes compensation for loss in transit.
Needless to say it will be packaged very carefully.
