Description
This is the original 1967 EPIC Album The YARDBIRDS Little Games. It is a STEREO LP. Songs include: Little Games, Smile On Me, White Summer - Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Sailor - Glimpses, Drinking Muddy Water, No Excess Baggage, Stealing, Stealing, Only The Black Rose and Little Soldier Boy. There are some spindle marks on the label but no writing or stickers on either side...actually very clean. The album does have a few visible scratches but nothing that really affects the play or overall sound. Using the Goldmine grading system I would grade it VG or better ( I try to grade conservatively). The album jacket does show some wear from handeling but there are no stickers or writting on either side and it is complete & intact. I would also grade it Very Good or better. Included is a brief description of Grades to help clarify them for the novice collector. VERY GOOD PLUS: "record will show signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect ones listening experience. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. An LP jacket may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole". VERY GOOD: Surface noise will be evident upon playing but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them". GOOD/GOOD PLUS: "A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. A jacket or sleeve will have seem splits. Tape writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object". S/H is Priority w/tracking & includes a new album mailer (ins. extra). I will ship media mail if you wish but recommend insurance if you choose this method. I have recently had some media mailing take up to a month to arrive. Once the album is dropped off at the post office I have no control over the length of time it takes to be delivered (please be aware of that if you choose Media Mail).
