Description

On offer here is the MEGA RARE !! first pressing of the UK original self titled ‘mono’  LP “THE VELVET UNDERGROUND AND NICO” released in1967 on the VERVE label No. VLP 9184.
Matrix Numbers are; V 5008 A-2 &  V 5008 B-2.
Record is housed in a  Garrod & Lofthouse three flip back cover.
First pressings of this item rarely turn up at auction especially in the condition that this one is in.
Tracks are; Sunday Morning - I’m Waiting For Man - Femme Fatale - Venus In Furs - Run Run Run - All Tomorrow’s Parties - Herion - There She Goes Again - I’ll Be Your Mirror - The Black Angel’s Death Song - European Son To Delmore Schwartz.

Vinyl, other than the odd light surface mark is in EXCELLENT condition, as are the record labels (side one showing the embossed K T tax letters)
Flipback cover too is excellent, just light handling marks along opening edges.
