We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. RARE collectible from many many moons ago in 40+ years -- you never see this red and silver label, two well known sellers ( inc acid archives book contributor) recently advised this pressing is from before Philips changed over to the black label...

The cover and record is almost always found with shelf wear, mostly the back cover did not hold up well...here, a MINTY clean cover, front & back, with a clean record, both sides...collectors take note, not easy to find in clean condition (see detals below)

This outstanding debut is from '67 and actually reaches even further ahead than Jefferson Airplane's Surrealistic Pillow as far as groundbreaking is concerned. The superb and lenghty interplay on most songs leaves you wondering how these guys did not get propelled to superstardom the way some much less gifted groups did in those years.

Heavily leaning on folk - the album has two Fred Neil covers plus the standard Let's Get Together - this absolute and uncanny psychedelic record is simply marvellous from head to toe. From superb opener Wayfaring Stranger to stunning 6 min+ The White Ship (Bolero-paced with outstanding slow and hypnotic and haunting atmosphere) -- the album is loaded with superb, surprising, sublime and supreme covers of some classic songs, completely re-arranged (resembling somewhat to Vanilla Fudge's first album although not quite as heavy, but just as spine-chilling) to the point that they could almost be considered as originals. Included in those is a superb rendition of Edmunsson's The Drifter (based on Hesse's Steppenwolf character), a very moody (and chilling with its superb flute) version of I've Been Wrong Before and a short but stupendous album outro Gloria Patria Gregorian chants showing their incredible vocal harmonies and audacity. A wide array of instruments are used throughout from flutes to harpsichords to bells and chimes.

CONDITION: The Cover: is solid and clean = both front and back: near M- and the back cover on most copies always has shelf wear - here a clean copy = has no seam splits, no bends, no writing ...all solid, it's really sharp.

The Vinyl: is very clean and all glossy M- real clean = plays with TOP clean audio and has clean red & silver Philips labels
