Description
This is an original mono Beach Boys Pet Sounds LP on Capitol Records T 2458 from 1966 on the Capitol rainbow label. The cover has wear on the front that is mainly on the top and the bottom, but also, something happened on the white animal's back. I'm thinking someone wrote on it and tried to erase it, and then used whiteout over what they had done. It used to be extremely difficult to find a mono copy of this album in any condition. Anyway, there is about 3 inches of seam split from the opening on the bottom. The rest of the edges are all right. The back cover shows wear also. I'd grade it VG-. The record has plenty of scratches but it does play through without any skips. It has noise in the background that can be heard pretty much throughout. It is listenable though, and will fill a void if you are looking to have an original mono copy of this LP without paying a large amount. That is why it has been in this collection for so long. I'll also grade the LP as VG-. It comes with its original inner sleeve. Please check out my other Beach Boys albums I have listed at the time, as well as my other music listings.
