We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

RARE & CLEAN...ORIGINAL 1965 first printing in really hard to find MONO ... the mono edition displays a punchy dense playback which is suitable in the warmth of this listening experience; exotica guitar adventures!Overall a very nice album of eastern-influenced guitar improv, delivered by Sandy Bull's loose freewheeling jam style, and more. The 20+ minute track is amazing -- very middle eastern and indian raga influenced, with excellent drumming by Billy Higgins. The take on Chuck Berry's "Memphis" is a great laid back freeform folk jam. Overall the album is very entertaining and interesting, definitely good for late-night jammin'...Half the album sort of continues on the same path as his first (Phantasias) album, while he was getting more and more into drugs. You can feel his mental haze mainly on the psychedelic take of Memphis, Tennessee, for example. Also there's a little bit of a different tone to his playing in Blend II. It's along the same lines of the first album, with more of a druggy edge. The (sitar like) oud is present here, too, which makes for interesting exotic effects combined with trancy webs of guitar patterns.

CONDITION: The cover is solid and been well handled for 45 years getting a clean VG++ rating front & Excellent back cover, certainly in upper levels with only light, very light signs of previous use. The seans are all strong, the colors still rich, no bends, no writing. Certain collection item with no need to ever upgrade = clean!
The vinyl is all smooth and shiny over both of the sides "EX" (excellent) playing entirely enjoyable without distraction.
