Description
Here is an album offered up for sale: A RARE original 1963 PROMO album by the blues legend "Jimmy Reed Plays 12 String Guitar Blues" Released on Vee Jay VJLP-1073 (mono). This special pressing record has the vintage 1960's Long Playing Microgroove Oval VJ logo, & "Disk Jockey Advance" promotional markings. (see photos)
The vinyl grades strong VG+, is clean and glossy, just a few light marks on each side, nothing heavy, has been very well cared for! PLAY TESTED, plays very good from start to finish with bright clear sound with minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen!
The cover rates VG, has light wear to edges, a couple edges and corners have paper gone in a couple small spots, no center splits, no tape, binder edge readable, has a tiny rub spot to slick near corner, back cover has water marks and age discoloration near edges, no writing. Paper inner sleeve has many splits neatly taped, still functional. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number.
