This is an extremely rare souvenir 45 single with the picture sleeve sold at Frank Sinatra's Cal Neva Lodge during the brief period in which Sinatra owned the casino.  This is a piece of Frank Sinatra history! The single is produced by Reprise for the Cal Neva.CN -101. It is 'Ring a Ding Ding!' backed by 'Nothing But The Best', two of Sinatra's earliest songs on Reprise Records.  The sleeve is nice condition. One 1/8 tear on the top middle, a 1/2 tear on the top front left ad a 3/4 inch tear by Lake Tahoe on the back. See photos. Displays nice and flat. The 45 appears to be lightly played and sounds great. The label looks like new. A great find! This one doesn't come up very often. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance.
