Now you can own a very rare vintage early to mid-1960's "45 RPM" recording featuring the NBA's "Detroit Pistons"......You get a super rare copy of "The Pistons Twist"...b/w..."The Piston Fight Song" which was released by the "Detroit Pistons Basketball Club" sometime in the early-to-mid 1960's but has no date of release....But the word "Twist" in a song was "Going out of Style" by the mid-1960's, so my guess is that it is a 1960's release.....But can't say for sure...Detroit is the hometown of "Motown" Records and this rare recording has the "Motown Sound".....The "Pistons Twist" is a instrumental recording while the flip side "The Pistons Fight Song" contains vocals and comes in two versions on this one side.....One cut is the "March" version while the other cut is the "Dixieland" version......Record is real clean VG+ or better and is play graded and sounds great.....Still has a real clean label with the only blems being on the "Piston Twist" side of the label....A few of the letters in "Pistons" have some scrapes or other blems on a few letters at the bottom of the label.....But this is still a super rare "Hard-To-Find" 45 with some "Motown & Northern Soul" tossed in and still well worth the $49.99 price....I will try to mail multiple buys together, so be sure and check out the other rare "Records" that I have for sale !!!!
