Description

Hello, and thanks for looking. Please excuse any not-so-great pics; still getting the hang of it.

This is a very nice original 1960 LP record by Lightnin Hopkins, "Lightnin And The Blues" on Herald records, LP1012. This is easily one of the rarest blues LPs ever produced. This copy is a 2nd pressing, on the Herald rainbow label (yeah, we wish it were the black too, but the opening bid would be MUCH higher), but still quite desireable. It's mono, and features 12 absolutely killer blues tracks by Lightnin. Includes Sick feelin Blues, My Baby's Gone. Don't Thhink Cause You're Pretty, Lonesome In Your Home, Nothin But The Blues, and more. Absolutely essential to any serious blues collection, and, again, RARE!! Cover has about a 4" seam split at bottom. Cover is VG+, record is right on the edge between VG+++ and M-.

Please note that postage will be higher than ebay's forced $4 limit ... you simply cannot mail a properly-packaged LP for $4 today! Please wait for an invoice if you're the winning bidder.

As per ebay rules, we only accept paypal. Whenever possible, we will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Also, please note we mail weekly, not daily.

Bid with confidence, and check out our other auctions !
