Description
This is a great original copy of "Down and Out Blues", the 1959 classic LP by Sonny Boy on Checker (LP 1437) mono. This is the black & silver deep-groove label original "Audio Odyssey By Checker" pressing! The cover is a solid VG+ with some wear on seams but no splits or writing (would grade higher but there are several very tiny pinhead-size specks of what may be paint on lower rt area-these are not bad at all & may well be removable). The record is VG++/Ex with NO scratches-nice! Labels are clean also. This is, of course, a rare LP (and one of the all-time greatest blues albums from Chess/Checker Records! REASONABLE RESERVE.
