This auction item is a 78rpm 10" phonograph Record, on the VOGUE PICTURE RECORD Label, from the late-1940s with music by ART KASSEL and his ORCHESTRA. ~ Contents include smooth vocals with big band music. ~ The record has a color picture label, with black rim printing, and will be shipped in a clear poly sleeve, with cardboard protection. ~ #R785 has THE ECHO SAID NO on side A, with strong singing by Gloria Hart, and the Kassel Quartet. ~ MY ADOBE HACIENDA, on side B, has smooth vocals by Jimmy Featherstone and the Kassel Trio. ~ This PLAY-GRADED 78 rpm record is Very Good+, with barely noticeable noise, in the quiet passages, but SIDE A is a bit noisier than B. When rotated under a bright light, you see some faint surface scratches, but they did not seem to affect the listening enjoyment.
