*** 1934 County String Band Killers ***

A slightly latter 1930s pressing on Bluebird of these superb sides first released on Montgomery Ward in 1934  Top String band sides by Gid Tanner And His Skillet Lickers (from their last recordings sessions)  This features some phenomenal Mandolin work by Ted Hawkins.   These latter Tanner sides are some of the best work by this mighty string band.
Recorded 30 March 1934 in San Antonio, TX.
