Description

1901 Climax Record Of Harry Macdonough (spelled McDonough) For All Eternity. A very unique recording for several reasons..


This record has a hair line crack which I illustrated in the photos.


The spelling of Macdonough's name is interesting. Of course if you are not aware his real name was John McDonald, which might have added to Climax's confusion.


There is some writing in the dead wax which I have not figured out yet. That is what is written next to the catalog number 412. That is. "PN1" or "PNI" or possibly "PM"..

So this recording comes with that mystery for you to solve.
