17 Classic House 12" Record Lot

DESCRIPTION:
This is a nice lot of 17 various old school House, Techno and Breaks tunes from around 1988-1998. Nice variety of old school house and club tunes. Records range from very good to excellent condition. Some of the records have picture sleeves and others have plain paper sleeves, some have both inner and outer sleeve and some have just one sleeve. Please see pics ask if you have any questions.

ABOUT ME: I have been a reliable seller on ebay for over 20 years. Back in the day ebay was like an online garage sale or swap meet. Things have changed and nowadays ebay?s business model is different and it heavily disfavors old school sellers. I try as hard as possible to stick to my original model of simple listings selling good items from my own collections at a reasonable price. This has become more difficult with the increased cost of shipping and seller fees, as well as the addition of taxes (sellers have to pay tax too and their income is reported to the IRS). I will do my best to keep it real, but realize I am just one person, not a business or a drop shipper. RETURNS: All items are sold as-is, as described and pictured. Any item may be returned for any reason with a 15% re-stock fee. To return an item buyer is required to pay return shipping, and buyer must request the return within 48 hours of receiving item. According to ebay policy, buyers have 24 hours to request to cancel a transaction. Any requests to cancel after that period of time are considered on a case by case basis. If item happens to be damaged in shipping, or buyer feels they received incorrect item, I will sort things out if I am at fault. Caveat Emptor.
