ORIGINAL FIRST STEREO PRESSING
Super rare in this condition... the real deal. Vinyl is EX- and sleeve VG+
The earliest pressed stereo version of the 13th Floor Elevator's "The Psychedelic Sounds of" debut LP.
This copy has: '(S) 1-A #1 B-1 side 1' in the deadwax on side 1 then (S) '1-A #1 B-1 side 2' on the flip side - showing that it is an ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING and not a 70's reissue.
Vinyl has original lustre on both sides and looks and plays EX, the only exception being a scuff on one side which does not sound - hence EX-
SOUNDS CRISP AND LOUD
Turquoise labels are both in beautiful condition with very slight spindle wear.
The cover is a solid, heavy stock '60s era with only a light touch of very slight ring wear showing on the front. Seams are nice and tight with the following exceptions: slight seam split middle top, some flaking along lower spine and rubbing on top and bottom spine corners. The top and bottom corners of the opening have 2cms of clear tape which are almost invisible. Hence VG+
Overall a lovely copy of one of my favourite albums.
