13th Floor Elevators, Easter Everywhere - Mono, Posturos Misprint.
Inherited my mom's old record collection. Found this album, which may be a very rare mono version with a misprint on the back of the song Postures, written as Posturos. Song is spelled correctly on vinyl itself. 
Etching reads IA-LP-05 and then A and B. I can't get a good photo of these etchings. 
Sleeve is in good condition, minor wear here and there with some splitting on edges. Vinyl has some scratches but plays fine.
