"this is a attempt at a reproduction of an original. it is listed on discogs as unofficial and does not have mono on the back of the cover at the top below the glove logo. originals have the numbers i sent you and the mono on the back. this way you can address before someone thinks its original. originals are very rare."

Record looks virtually unplayed and sleeve is in beautiful condition for its age. 
I am not a professional vinyl record grader so I will leave the grading up to the buyer based on my detailed photos. Please look very carefully at the pictures I took and ask any and all questions prior to placing your bid, or if you need additional photos do not hesitate to ask.
