DESCRIPTION
I try to describe items as accurately as possible and to include a fair and representative photo. The photographs form part of the description, please make sure you check each one to get a full view of the item you are buying. However, if in doubt, please ask questions and request more information before bidding. Images are part of the description and contain information as to condition of item. Additional images available on request for items. If an enquiry is considered as being of interest to everyone, I will make the question and answer public.
I am always open to Buy It Now type offers, please contact me with an offer for the item.
POSTAGE
UK buyers : Small items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class (should arrive within 2-3 days). Larger items by Hermes or similar courier taking 3 - 5 days. If recorded delivery or any other postal service is required, please request cost before bidding and ask for an invoice, restating your requirements, before paying. Heavy items may be collected by prior arrangement with COD preferred. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred with the collection. I can offer a courier service that will deliver to your local shop and email you when ready for collection...very handy for people not in during the day. Postage discount applied for purchases of more than one item where appropriate.
Non-UK buyers : Please request a cost before bidding, giving your destination. If I offer more than one type of postage, please state your choice at the end of the auction
PAYMENT : please make contact regarding how payment will be made within 3 days of end of auction
UK buyers : PayPal, personal cheque or postal order (uncrossed if immediate posting required).
Non-UK buyers : PayPal only. Please wait for an invoice
DISPATCH
All items are well packed and normally dispatched within 3 days of receipt of monies. Please note cheques can take up to five days to clear (allowing for weekends). If for any reason there is a delay in dispatching, the buyer will receive an email with an explanation. I always confirm on the listing when the parcel has been sent.
Signed-for or International tracking is STRONGLY recommended but buyer takes full responsibility for postage type selected.
I always get proof of postage and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. Please note that items lost by Royal Mail take 60 days for Royal Mail to compensate. You will be sent the postage receipt to enable you to make a claim.
RETURNS
All items are sold 'as is'. Returns are considered provided the buyer makes contact by email within three days of receipt, and if agreed, the item must be posted back and received by me within seven days. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs. Refunds will be given only if the item was grossly misrepresented.
FEEDBACK
I always give feedback when the buyer has given eBay feedback to let me know that the goods have arrived safely and are in good order. If problems arise please make contact by email and, within limits, I will do my best to resolve them.
