Record plays great (better than it looks), with only minor hiss or pop occasionally, a bit more on side B than on side A. VG+ (side A) VG (side B)
condition of sleeve:
Thin euro-style sleeve is in pretty good shape, not much ring wear, mainly creasing and slight tearing on edges and corners. VG+
