Description

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A ONE DAY AUCTION!!
This is an ORIGINAL 1973 STEREO PRESSING OF THE 1973 ATCO RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'In The Right Place', containing eleven tracks from Louisiana bayou funk / blues legend Dr. John (AKA Mac Rebennack).  It is Atco Records U.S. catalog number SD 7018, yellow Atco labels, triple gatefold foldout cover.    Record comes packaged inside the gatefold cover in its original Atlantic / Atco Records family stock inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Atlantic / Atco Records family LP releases.
This album contains Dr.John's biggest radio hit 'Right Place Wrong Time'.
Comes packaged in a tri-fold sleeve (3 pages to view, see my accompanying image), with disc inserted into external pocket opening in left-hand spine.

Tracks:

A1  Right Place Wrong Time 2:50

A2  Same Old Same Old 2:39

A3  Just The Same 2:49

A4  Qualified 4:46

A5  Traveling Mood 3:03

B2  Such A Night 2:55

B3  Shoo Fly Marches On 3:15

B4  I Been Hoodood 3:12

B5  Cold Cold Cold 2:37

Condition of record is for all intents and purposes a SOLID NM with a very light visible sleeve marks which are not the result of use, cannot be felt, and will not affect play.  Condition of triple gatefold foldout cover is a high VG+ with some wear along the edges and on the corners as the only real flaw.  Atlantic / Atco Record family inner sleeve is in real nice shape with no real flaws.  This LP would be a nice addition to any Dr. John or Louisiana bayou blues / funk record collection!  Media mail postage within the U.S. is $4.00.  I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - PLEASE NOTE: NEW FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE TO AREAS OUTSIDE THE U.S EXCEPT FOR CANADA (17.50) AND GERMANY is $22.00 - YES IT'S CRAZY, THIS IS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AS OF 1/27, NOT ME!!!  PLEASE NOTE: AN EXTRA $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SHIPMENTS VALUED OVER $50.00 GOING TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.  ALSO, DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES.  Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S.   BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
